MOBIL 1 DR1VRS CLUB℠ Gift Offer (“Offer”) is limited to existing Mobil 1 DR1VRS CLUB℠ members.

In return for the opportunity to participate in the MOBIL 1 DR1VRS CLUB℠ Gift Offer described herein (the “Offer”), ExxonMobil Oil Corporation (“ExxonMobil” or “Sponsor”) requires your agreement, and you hereby agree, to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Official Rules”).

PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES THE PARTICIPANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO, AND ACCEPTANCE OF, THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

To receive your two (2) free general admission tickets and one (1) parking pass to attend the 2025 Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring race (“Gift”) by email the following conditions must be met:

Offer valid while supplies last and is limited to one (1) Gift per household.

To redeem online: Complete the requested information provided via winwithmobil1.com/Sebring2025 and click Submit. Online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CT, March 7, 2025, to be eligible.

Offer conditions: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, at least the age of majority in your state of residence (19 in NE and AL, 21 in MS, and 18 in all other states). Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed. Limit one (1) Gift per household. Offer eligible for existing Mobil 1 DR1VRS CLUB℠ members with membership prior to March 1, 2025. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CT March 7, 2025. On or about March 10, 2025, eighty (80) participants will be selected in sequential order of submission by the Administrator. Participants are deemed to be a potential participant, pending verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor or Administrator, at their sole and absolute discretion.

Gift and Gift description: Eighty (80) Participants will receive two (2) free general admission tickets and one (1) parking pass to attend the 2025 Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring race MSRP up to $250.00. The ARV of all Gifts is $20,000.00.

Once a Participant is selected, they may not be substituted except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, Gift providers, or any other persons providing any Trip-related services or accommodations beyond Sponsor’s control. The Gift consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses are included. For example, the following are not included in the Gift: insurance, unspecified meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc. All such expenses are the sole responsibility of the Participant. Once issued, tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable and may not be reissued. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the gift (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.

Allow approximately three (3) to five (5) days for email delivery from domain “@upgradetomobil1.com,” following receipt and verification of all required documentation. Once verification is complete, participants will need to pick up tickets via will call at the event. Offer valid only for individual members (“Participant(s)”); requests from groups, businesses, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Offer cannot be combined with any coupon and/or discount card.

By participating, Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor; IMSA Holdings, LLC, Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc.; and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, or for any errors of any kind relating to this offer. All requests become the property of Sponsor and are nonreturnable. Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem, or return requests not in compliance with these terms.

This offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without Sponsor’s written permission. Trading, buying, selling, or manufacturing of receipts or offer forms is a violation of the terms of this promotional offer.

BY ENTERING THE OFFER, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT 1.) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE OFFER, OR ANY GIFTS AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; 2.) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE OFFER BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND 3.) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

Participants in this promotional offer (if minor, their parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that Sponsor and their designees and assignees may use the Participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video, or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
